At Rashis , we take pride in offering designer products, each piece meticulously embroidered by skilled artisans. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our products, we have a strict yet fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the craftsmanship behind every kurti.

Returns & Exchanges


✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Since each product is handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or thread color are not considered defects but rather a mark of authentic craftsmanship.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the delicate hand embroidery, we do not offer returns for change of mind or sizing issues. Please refer to our detailed size chart before purchasing.
  • Any product that has been altered, used, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
Refunds & Replacements
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • After reviewing your claim, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit (refunds are issued only in exceptional cases).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as we begin processing them immediately.
